Description

"During the Flood," is a piece inspired by Hurricane Harvey, and its impact on the prisoners in the prisons that were flooded out by the storm. The role of the artist is not to tell the story, but make their readers, seers, or listeners to feel the story. The title was specifically chosen over naming the piece Hurricane Harvey. There will be other floods in other parts of the country.
